I ordered shoes online, forgetting they were shipped from the UK while I live in Ireland. I paid for delivery and customs. The shipment was tracked without issues until it arrived at the wrong address on 6/12. I need these shoes for my holiday, but the support team keeps stating it needs to be investigated. I requested a refund, but it seems I won't receive either the shoes or my money back. Very disappointed.
