No response to refund requests

I made a purchase in July and received my items quickly. However, I ordered two items back in June that never arrived. After realizing this in October, I was informed that the items were stuck in transit. They promised a refund and a discount on a new order, but after I requested just the refund, they stopped responding. I even tried contacting them from another email, but it didn't go through. I lost about $66, which is a significant amount for me.
