I strongly recommend not purchasing from this site. The plushie is not genuine merchandise and is of very low quality. Despite reaching out to the support team multiple times for a refund, I have not received any acknowledgment of my messages, let alone a refund.

I ordered stuffed animals from their website, but there's been no sign of them and no communication from the company. The tracking information indicated that the package ended up in Belgium, but still, nothing has arrived.

Not too upset, but expected more

Delighted with the teddy bears

I absolutely love the teddy bears! While they didn’t ship immediately, the customer service explained the delay due to high demand and assisted me. I am satisfied with my order and plan to buy again.

No response to refund requests

I made a purchase in July and received my items quickly. However, I ordered two items back in June that never arrived. After realizing this in October, I was informed that the items were stuck in transit. They promised a refund and a discount on a new order, but after I requested just the refund, they stopped responding. I even tried contacting them from another email, but it didn't go through. I lost about $66, which is a significant amount for me.

My item never arrived. Initially, it was the carrier's fault, but when I reached out to customer service, they promised to reship but never provided a tracking number. They ignored my follow-up emails, and even after reaching out through social media, I received no response. I'm really disappointed.

Don't be fooled by discounts!

Initially, my first order of a plush arrived quickly and as expected, which made me happy. However, my second order took forever, and after reaching out, I encountered terrible customer service. My package was lost, and although they claimed they would resend it, I was directed to a scam number instead. Now I'm left trying to get my money back for something I never received, and they have stopped replying to my emails. I won't be shopping here again.

Fraudulent site

This site is a scam. They claim my order was delivered two days ago, but it absolutely was not. After using the package tracker, I received numerous data breach warnings and was asked to pay a fee to protect my information. It's a complete scam.
