I ordered a Bunch of SKZOO Plushies and a Shirt, for round about 200€.When my package first arrived, I saw very quickly that the SKZOO weren't originals.Concerning that I got them at a discount, I wasn't too mad, but still disappointed, because I was under the impression that they're orininals.Then I noticed, that 5 items were missing.It took a few attempts on my behalf to get a response from them.When they finally replied, they told me they would be shipping the missing items soon to me.But some of them were already sold out so we agreed that I would get a refund for the 2 sold out items.When my secind package arrived I got mad. 1. One Dwaekki was the wrong kind (I didn't care anymore so I was fine keeping it.2. I still hadn't gotten my refund. I wrote 3 E-Mails informing them and asking for my refund - no replies.Finally I had received a message, them telling me they had shipped the missing items.Duh no shit I know, but we agreed that I would get a refund for 2 items because they were sold out in the meantime.So I replied and told them that.Even wrote 3 more E-Mails because they wouldn't answer anymore.They haven't answered till this day.Funny thing, even Klarna wouldn't help, I filed a complaint over a month ago without getting any information. I gave them all the details on the missing items.Today I git an E-Mail basically telling me I'm screwed, because Danjoo lied and told them they had shipped the missing itemsnYes they did - but not completely and never got my refund.Don't order here if you value your money.
