I emailed the company and received a prompt response, and my order shipped the next day. I wouldn’t label them as a scam. Was the service flawless? No, but there’s always room for improvement. At 56, I've never experienced perfect service from any business. Was the service poor? Absolutely not. It was much closer to ideal than anything else. I was pleased with my product, delivery, and their quick response to my email. No complaints, great service overall.
