There were no issues with the post office or confusing tracking numbers. When I checked the tracking, it showed that a number had been issued but no updates after that. I emailed the company and received a prompt response, and my order shipped the next day. I wouldn’t label them as a scam. Was the service flawless? No, but there’s always room for improvement. At 56, I've never experienced perfect service from any business. Was the service poor? Absolutely not. It was much closer to ideal than anything else. I was pleased with my product, delivery, and their quick response to my email. No complaints, great service overall.
I'm sharing this to help others. Whatever you do, avoid this seed company! It has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. A representative keeps telling me my packages were sent out, but the tracking shows they are still waiting for items. It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered, and I feel scammed. I’ve sent countless emails, and while they respond, it’s always the same nonsense. I’m extremely frustrated with this situation.
This site is a scam. They are quick to take your payment but provide no tracking. I've waited 2 weeks since my payment with no updates. When I made a ghost order, they responded quickly to take my money again. Be cautious and consider ordering from a reputable site instead. Their comments section on social media is also disabled.
This is a terrible scam operation. It took them a week to provide a tracking number, which led to a package containing a book instead of my order. They denied it was theirs despite the same tracking details. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do, it’s only a sentence. Terrible service and a terrible company. Don’t let them deceive you.
