Deliveries are fine when everything goes smoothly, but they can't seem to resolve issues when they arise. My order was delivered to the wrong person, which should be easy to fix, but it doesn't seem that way. A delivery person knocked on my door to pick up an order meant for someone else. I explained I was still waiting for my order, and they should have been sent to the correct address. The delivery person mentioned they wouldn't get paid for nothing collected, and I'm still waiting for my order.
