This has been a series of unfortunate events. I received a message saying my order couldn't be delivered, offering options to reschedule, pick up from the store, or cancel. I paid for delivery, believing I would receive it for free on orders over a certain amount. I waited over 45 minutes on the chat line for help. Eventually, I spoke with a representative who seemed unsure about the next steps. After a long wait, I received a notification that my order was being collected, but the delivery driver ended up at the wrong building. Thankfully, I was there to redirect them. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
