Dan Murphies delivery driver wouldn't deliver because his app didn't work.After stuffing around for 20 mins he took everything back leaving me fuming.Tried to call their helpdesk - not available, there was a message to use their online chat.Waited in a long queue for their online chat, finally got through and said I was angry with their delivery service. The agent said they'd cut me off because they didnt like I said I was angry. To be clear - absolutely no rudeness or swearing on my part beyond saying i'm frustrated and angry.Joined a 2nd time, another long queue. Agent cut me off without even speaking to me!Still cant get a resolution.What a pathetic coward company - blaming your customers for your IT issues and then hiding behind off-shore helpdesks.
