The manufacturer has refused to honor the warranty, claiming the sink was not made of toughened glass. The impact on the sink was gentle, indicating the product was clearly faulty or unsafe. Given the high cost of their products, I would not expect them to be this fragile or dangerous, and I would expect them to uphold their warranty.
