I bought a sink cabinet with a matching top from a local store about two years ago, which came with a 10-year guarantee and was installed according to their guidelines. The bathroom is well-ventilated. After just over a year, I noticed the veneer on the top of both drawers was splitting, particularly the upper drawer. I contacted the store for help, and they were responsive, passing my concerns to the manufacturer. After much back and forth, the manufacturer claimed the issue wasn't covered by the warranty due to water damage and offered replacement drawer fronts for £700 as a goodwill gesture. The problem stems from poor design; any water splashes on the sink top run under the unit without a lip, pooling on the drawer top. This has not been an issue with cheaper alternatives I've used before. We refused to pay, and eventually, the local store replaced the top drawer front for free, acknowledging it was unacceptable. They also adjusted the sink top to slope slightly backward in hopes of resolving the issue, but it hasn’t worked. Consequently, they have stopped carrying this brand due to similar complaints from other customers. I would advise against this product.
Both doors of an expensive bathroom cabinet fell off, damaging the basin below. The doors were attached to the hinges with an adhesive patch that failed. Since the bathroom fitter had gone out of business, I couldn't provide a receipt, and the company refused to honor the warranty without one.

I was under the impression that the company was reputable and produced quality furniture. I purchased a vanity unit and was satisfied with it in January 22. I bought with confidence due to their 10-year guarantees. In November 23, I noticed the paint was peeling on the sides of the drawers. I reached out to them directly, and they promptly asked me to contact the showroom where I made the purchase. They replied quickly, suggesting I touch it up with paint. I felt that paint would be a temporary fix and requested replacement drawer fronts. Four weeks later, they seem unhurried to respond. This makes me question their commitment to the quality of their products. I plan to share a video on social media to discuss my experience.
Outstanding service and high-quality bathroom furniture. We visited the local store multiple times. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information for making the right choice without needing to ask. A very service-oriented place. Beautiful and modern bathroom furniture and accessories. Great inspiration. We were fortunate to purchase some showroom items at a good discount as they were updating to a new collection.
Do not order from this company! Terrible customer service; we needed to return a mirror (completely unused, just the wrong size for our room after the vanity units were installed). They wanted to charge us a 30% "restocking fee" plus £120 for shipping for a product they could easily resell and that isn’t custom made. How is that reasonable?
We had a unit installed, including a glass sink, about two years ago. The sink recently shattered, scattering shards of glass. The manufacturer has refused to honor the warranty, claiming the sink was not made of toughened glass. The impact on the sink was gentle, indicating the product was clearly faulty or unsafe. Given the high cost of their products, I would not expect them to be this fragile or dangerous, and I would expect them to uphold their warranty.
