We now have a Chatbot which answers questions like.."I want to repaint my house...what do I need to do" and my neighbor's dog barks al night, how can the HOA help me deal with this"In each case, in a minute or less Dante delivers a well written and CORRECT answer having drawn information from more than one of our documents, forms used to apply for Architectural Approval, our Codes Covenants and Restrictions, anti-harassment policy and the necessary forms used to apply for approval of the paint job and file a violation report on the dog.I am using ChatGPT 4 as the LLM, it is giving me well coordinated and researched answers. I have tried three similar systems and Dante is clearly the most impressive.
