This is one great team and a founder who owns the problem of customers.
I was initially attempting to build a chatbot independently using Claude and OpenAI. However, I ran into recurring technical issues, including CORS and 404 errors, which slowed progress and made the process more complex than anticipated.
Looking for a more streamlined solution, I decided to trial Dante AI.
During the $5 trial, I encountered some difficulties when trying to get results as I wanted as there were too many customisation options and cancelled in frustration. Shortly afterwards, I received a personal email from the founder, James, who expressed a genuine interest in understanding what had not worked and how the product could be improved.
What stood out was the level of engagement that followed. James arranged a call, carefully noted the feedback, involved his team, particularly Vlera and worked through the issues to ensure the bot functioned as intended. It is rare to see that level of responsiveness and ownership, especially for a trial user.
From my experience, for small businesses seeking a ready-to-deploy chatbot without investing significant time in building and troubleshooting a custom solution, Dante AI provides a practical and accessible option. Building from scratch is certainly possible, but it requires technical depth and time commitment, and outcomes can vary depending on implementation.
