After more than two years of waiting (sample sent January 2024, still stuck at “Received”), I finally received a response on my review.
But instead of providing any real update, they simply posted a generic message asking me to “contact support again”.
The problem is: I have ALREADY contacted support multiple times by email, with full details of my case (Kit ID: GFX0437314).
This shows exactly what is wrong:

No concrete answers
No accountability
Same copy-paste replies given to everyone
Telling customers to “reach out again” after years of waiting is not support — it’s avoidance.
At this point, I expect transparency and a real update, not another automated response.
