I have been waiting for my sequencing results for 22 months now. I ordered the service in February 2024, and my sample was confirmed received in April 2024. As of December 2025, there are still no results, updates, or replies to my numerous emails. This prolonged wait is frustrating. I see that the company only responds to 1-star reviews, so I'm posting this in hopes of finally getting an update or a refund. @the company – please contact me urgently.
