I submitted my sample in January 2024 and have heard nothing since then. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there has been no response or update. The status has been stuck on 'waiting on QC' for months, and I still don't have my results. I even asked for confirmation of my messages, but I received no acknowledgment.
