I purchased a kit on December 1, 2024, which was delivered on December 30. I sent my sample back in January. The kit's status has changed from 'waiting for quality control' to 'registered,' but almost a year later, I still have no results. I have reached out to customer service a few times with no replies. A friend who bought a kit as a gift is also still waiting and hasn't received any updates either. While some may get results, the likelihood of receiving yours seems low, and refunds are not guaranteed.
