I have been waiting for my sequencing results for 22 months. I ordered the service in February 2024, and the sample was confirmed received in April 2024. As of December 2025, there are still no results, updates, or replies to my numerous emails. This prolonged wait is frustrating. I noticed the company only responds to 1-star reviews, so I'm leaving this one in hopes of finally getting an update or a refund. @the company – please reach out to me urgently.
