I am extremely disappointed with Danube. The chandelier I purchased for several thousands AED lasted only a few months before it stopped working, which already shows poor product quality.What frustrated me even more was the terrible service and complaint process. It took almost three months, with repeated calls and wasted time, bringing wrong transformers, service team not qualified to repair or troubleshoot. And after all that, the only solution offered was a credit note with short validity, basically forcing us to buy something else which not fit our home style.This is not acceptable. I expected better from a company like Danube. Instead, I am left very unhappy with both the products and the way customers are treated. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from Danube Home. Customer success at Danube is just a word written on titles and papers, but nothing they truly live up to since i am here now writing a bad review about them.
