I ordered a bed and TV unit online from Danube Home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The TV unit was defective upon installation, which the technician immediately confirmed.

The bed arrived with damaged paint, very poor build quality, and produces loud squeaking noises from both metal and wood so loud that it disrupts sleep. This raises serious concerns about quality control and installation standards.

Customer service made the situation worse. I contacted the call center twice and dealt with two agents (Basma and Suheel). Both interactions were unprofessional, impatient, and aggressive in tone. Simple questions were met with dismissive responses.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service myself, I can confidently say this was unacceptable. I am still seeking a resolution and will escalate the matter to consumer rights authorities if necessary.

I would strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing.

I cannot recommend this company at all. They lack professionalism and show no respect for customers. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered, but I received no communication from them. When I reached out, I was informed of a stock issue with no solutions offered. I advise purchasing from more reliable and respectful companies instead.

Customer Service Lacks Helpfulness

Customer service is truly unhelpful; this is the worst service I have ever encountered. They delivered my bed with missing parts and simply left it behind. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

I would rate this company zero stars if I could. After a delivery notification, I requested a two-hour delay. Instead, my delivery was canceled and rescheduled for much later. When I called to express urgency, they refused to help and would not let me speak to a manager. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered.
