I was the only customer in the store in RAK at 15:40 hrs and all the employees saw me but no one came forward to assist. I then approached one of their counters for assistance and very very reluctantly did one of them even consider to assist. When I went to pay for the water dispenser, I asked to use my NBD Plus points and they said they cannot, so I made the payment. Once the payment was made, the sales person asks me to go to their warehouse to collect the water dispenser and when I said I would like to have it delivered to me at the store, the cashier also said its for my own good to collect from their whse behind. When I politely insisted I want it delivered here at the store, they all just smirked and wouldn't even bother to arrange it to get to the store. In anycase, since I was in a hurry, I went to their whse behind and there was no one to attend there, so I waited and after sometime, a person came and arranged to give me the dispenser. Overall, a very sad experience with zero customer service and work ethics by all working at the store.
