I ordered pet food on the 8th, but the delivery kept getting delayed. Today was supposed to be the final delivery date, yet I was told it would take an additional two working days. This is the second time I’ve had such an experience—previously, a parcel was marked as delivered without actually being received. There’s no one responsible to properly address complaints. Very disappointing service.
