I ordered some books through the app, but two were stolen by the delivery person. The package was clearly tampered with upon delivery. The local collection point never answers the phone, and after much effort, I finally received a refund. I provided evidence to the management, and they acknowledged the theft, yet two months later, the same delivery person was sent to my home again. I feel unsafe dealing with such individuals.
