Recently i order a mobile phone for my friend and paid online. after a week rider make 1 fail attempt and 2 more attempt made by self daraz within hour and cancel my order. i complaint serveral time but the product not received and daraz not issue my refund and claim that we cant release the amount until product recieved by seller. it was not my fault but daraz playing with my money i never recommend to everyone pay 1st on daraz. my 2.5k amount voucher was also being used which worst. please never pay or purchase through daraz its not safe
