My payment has been on hold since September 8, 2025, despite all orders being delivered and verified. I have received no clear response for three months. I have escalated this issue to various authorities. This post aims to raise awareness within the seller community and advocate for our rights.
Unsatisfactory experience. Strongly discouraged. They lack control over their sellers, leading to dishonest practices. Customer support only responds with apologies and promises to investigate, without any real resolution. If you order again from this platform, expect the same issues.
The delivery personnel are extremely rude and untrustworthy. They consistently lie, claiming they attempted delivery or contacted me, when in reality, they did not. The next day, the courier falsely stated that I rejected the package. I tried to reach out to customer support with no success. This will be my last order; I will not shop here again.
Warning! I ordered three power banks but received nothing but trash—old returns and cardboard inside the box. This is clearly a scam, not a mistake.
