I ordered a parcel for my brother and made the payment online but the parcel is still not received within 2 weeks. I asked the seller, he said they dispatched the order on the same day I ordered it.This is ridiculous. Daraz is not able to handle the system then why they are expanding themselves?there is a big gap in communication between Daraz and sellers. Sellers and byers don't know where the product is and Daraz is enjoying in between.
