I ORDERED A LAPTOP ONLINE BASED ON (COD). SOMEONE FROM DARAZ INSIDE THE STAFF RELEASED THE ALL PURCHASED AND DELIVERY INFORMATION TO SOMEONE THIRD PARTY. AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS WE GOT A CALL AND THEY PROVIDED ALL THE CORRECT PRODUCT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION AND CLAIMED HE WAS GOING TO DELIVER THE LAPTOP ON SUCH DATE TO GET THE PAYMENT READY. THE DELIVERY PERSON CAME AND SHOWED THE PARCEL WE ASKED HIM TO LET US OPEN THE PARCEL BUT HE SAID THIS IS NOT DARAZ POLICY I WON'T LET YOU OPEN THE PARCEL. YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. WE TRUST AND GIVE HIM CASH AND GET THE PARCEL. WHEN WE OPENED THE PARCEL IT WAS A DIFFERENT BRAND OF LAPTOP CASE AND INSIDE THE JSUT WEIGHT AND NOTHING WAS INSIDE. WE COMPLAINED TO DARAZ CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TEHY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION.DARAZZ IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM SPECIALLY FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS.DARAZ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE . I WOULD SUGGEST NOT ORDERING ONLINE SO MANY PROBLEMS COMES UP AND YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING.
