I have no words to express my feelings. 1st time I purchased a changhong product and now am thinking about what i have done!This LED was not working properly from the day 1st when I received, LED switched off/sleep suddenly. I discussed with your team and simply said to replace it because this one is faulty unit, but they said its not in our term & conditions, we will fix the issue as per warranty & they replace the motherboard of brand new LED. My question was only this: if your quality team is not working properly and a faulty unit comes in market then why does the customer suffer for his negligence. I will claim the warranty if the issue comes after using it but if the issue is from the day 1st then why i will go for warranty claim? Anyways, at that time your team member did not have any answer for this question. So on that time i just kept quiet but now again led completely out of order not even switching on.
