As a long-time customer, I am truly frustrated with my recent order that has yet to arrive! I placed my oil order ten days ago and inquired about next-day delivery, which was unavailable. I was informed that delivery wouldn't occur until the 15th. When I called today to check on the status, I was told they had no idea when it would arrive, despite previous assurances. I received numerous excuses such as bad weather and lack of drivers. This is unacceptable for a service like this; we've had to turn off our heating due to running low on oil. As seniors, we now find ourselves without heating or hot water.
