As a long-time customer, I must express my dissatisfaction with my latest order that has yet to arrive. I placed my order for oil ten days ago and inquired about next day delivery, as advertised on the website, but was informed it wasn't available. I was then told that delivery wouldn't be scheduled until the 15th. When I called today to check on my order, I was met with uncertainty about the delivery time and a series of excuses like bad weather and lack of drivers. This is unacceptable for a company of this stature. We have had to turn off our heating due to running low on oil, and as pensioners in our seventies, we are now left without heating or hot water.

You pay upfront for domestic oil and are given a delivery date, but nothing arrives on time. I've been a loyal customer for years, but it seems loyalty isn't mutual. Now, this company is just filled with empty promises and excuses. Proceed with caution if considering their service.
I ordered about two weeks ahead and was told delivery would be between the 11th and 17th. On the 17th, I was informed it would be the 18th, but then received texts pushing it to the 19th and finally the 20th. By 4:40 PM on the 20th, there was still no delivery, and my tank was nearly empty in cold weather! I called and was redirected to another branch, where I was told it might arrive on the 22nd, but they couldn't guarantee it. This is incredibly frustrating! I canceled my order and found another provider who delivered the next morning.
