I'm eager to share my incredibly positive experience with this company regarding their beans and roastery. They feature two of my all-time favorite blends: the good morning sunshine blend and the common grounds barrel aged coffee beans, both of which are rich, aromatic, and unique. The good morning sunshine blend has a slightly higher acidity when brewed as a filter coffee, with a flavor that leans towards the traditional, showcasing nutty, vanilla, and a creamy yet spiced hint. I am always pleased with these beans. On the other hand, Common Grounds offers a distinct flavor; the barrel aging has a more significant impact than I expected. This blend has a slightly lower acidity with rich whisky notes, and I would describe the taste as somewhat akin to mincemeat, complemented by a boozy liquor top note, while the base is stable and subtle without being overly roasted. I highly recommend these to everyone. Although I am not familiar with darker espresso roasts, I can say that Under Milk Wood is also fantastic.
