Had some dealings with this building society recently. Not very impressed.They have sent me an application form for my son to open an account. However they did not include all relevant documents for me to complete, I rang up to ask for them, and they informed me the account is no longer available. This morning they have just sent me all the correct forms. For the account that is no longer available.Incompetent! it’s like a comedy.
