My experience has been nothing short of appalling. They expect payment within 24 hours, yet it takes them over 50 hours to update their system. It’s a rip-off to sit in long queues daily. This service was meant to be paid off, but corporate greed seems to take precedence. The online account has become dreadful since new ownership, forcing payments even when you may not cross again for months. This situation reflects many of the issues plaguing our country.
