Absolutely appalling customer service from a company that clearly has no interest in looking after its customers.
I ordered a dartboard and printed surround from Darts Corner on 22nd January. The order didn’t arrive until 30th January, which I was told was due to the surround being printed. When it finally turned up, the print quality was shockingly bad — cheap, blurry and completely unacceptable.
I contacted them immediately to request a full return, which they agreed to. I sent everything back on 3rd February via DPD next day delivery. It was delivered on 4th February and the tracking clearly confirms it arrived at their premises.
Despite this, they refused to refund me because the DPD driver didn’t take a photo inside their building. Instead of taking responsibility or investigating properly, they simply used this as an excuse to withhold my money — even though tracking showed it was in their possession.
After multiple pointless emails and zero effort on their part to resolve the situation, I was forced to open a dispute with my bank. Only after providing all the proof did I finally get my money back on 20th February — 16 days later — and only because my bank stepped in.
If I hadn’t escalated it, I’m convinced I would never have seen that refund. Be extremely careful dealing with this company. Once they have your money, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong.
