Absolutely appalling customer service from a company that clearly has no interest in looking after its customers.
I ordered a dartboard and printed surround from Darts Corner on 22nd January. The order didn’t arrive until 30th January, which I was told was due to the surround being printed. When it finally turned up, the print quality was shockingly bad — cheap, blurry and completely unacceptable.
I contacted them immediately to request a full return, which they agreed to. I sent everything back on 3rd February via DPD next day delivery. It was delivered on 4th February and the tracking clearly confirms it arrived at their premises.
Despite this, they refused to refund me because the DPD driver didn’t take a photo inside their building. Instead of taking responsibility or investigating properly, they simply used this as an excuse to withhold my money — even though tracking showed it was in their possession.
After multiple pointless emails and zero effort on their part to resolve the situation, I was forced to open a dispute with my bank. Only after providing all the proof did I finally get my money back on 20th February — 16 days later — and only because my bank stepped in.
If I hadn’t escalated it, I’m convinced I would never have seen that refund. Be extremely careful dealing with this company. Once they have your money, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong.
I ordered a bulls snooker style dart board from darts corner and the product was not great most definitely not darts corner fault, however they were extremely fast and professional in taking the product back and refunding my money, I use darts corner a lot for my darting bits and bobs great Company and great customer service
They sell nice stuff, unfortunately it seems that they no longer want us based customers.
The uk site has better pricing, more options and features that US customers don’t get.
I’ve been buying from this company for a long time and hope that they figure out a way to better serve us customers

The quality of the darts is outstanding. The grips and weight are just right. The design is lovely, the price is reasonable, and the cases are nice. The only area for improvement is delivery, as it left me uncertain about when my order would arrive. Nonetheless, it's still a fantastic product. I would definitely purchase again.
I reported an issue with the item I purchased. They responded quickly and were very understanding. Without hesitation, they offered a full refund, which was issued and received on the same day. I will definitely shop with the service again as I was informed it was just a batch issue.
