I stayed for almost 6 weeks at Dash on Hollywood in HK in Oct/Nov 2023. Poor quality and weeny apartment for an excessive price. Walls are very thin, you hear neighbour talking as if they were standing in front of your door. Very bad insulation of rooms (shower and toilet flushing of neighbours) and windows (noise from the street despite of being located in a relatively quiet barrio). No thorough cleaning of the apartment floor, room service is limited to once a week towel and linen change. I had to claim service one occasions because they didn't come. But the worst is, they keep your deposit for weeks before returning it (I haven't received mine yet). Very likely they earn interest on your money for months and keeping it for a further period although you already checked-out and no damage was detected. In other words they are working with your money, apart from the horrendous fees that they charge anyway. Some of staff members were very friendly, this is why I gave at least 2 stars. But do yourself a favour and look for an accommodation elsewhere.
