An engineer visited and said a replacement appliance was necessary. I was sent a link for a possible replacement, which I agreed to. Weeks later, I still haven't received the replacement due to issues on their end. After following up, I found out they couldn't place the order. Now, I'm not getting any replies to my emails, and calls don't connect. I'm extremely disappointed with the follow-up service after they happily received my payments each month.
