I've been attempting to contact the service team for the past week after my appointment was canceled. All the contact numbers seem unavailable, and it feels like they have vanished. I've been paying monthly and feel completely deceived.
An engineer came out and stated that a new dishwasher was necessary. I was sent a link for a potential replacement, which I accepted. However, weeks later, I still haven't received a replacement because the team couldn't place the order due to issues with their account, which I only learned after following up. Now, I'm not getting any responses to my emails, and my calls don’t go through. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of follow-up service after they were quick to take my payments every month.
Their phone line is perpetually busy, which is odd for a business. Previously, I had options when I called. I wanted to cancel my contract, and after two attempts, I requested an email confirmation of the cancellation and the direct debit stop, but I still haven't received anything. I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend them.
I've been unable to reach them. My daughter-in-law has been waiting over four weeks for compensation to replace her broken fridge freezer. They don't provide new for old but allow her to choose a standard replacement, so she requested a refund to buy her own. Now, when we call, the numbers don't connect. Avoid this provider; they are scammers.
