I've had a terrible experience. An engineer assessed my dryer five weeks ago and promised a replacement. Shortly after, I was told I would receive a cash payout, which I'm still waiting for. I keep getting told they're working on it. As someone with mental health issues and a physical disability, my dryer is crucial. I'm very disappointed and will seek another provider in the future.
