This was a dreadful experience. I ordered an outfit nearly 1.5 months ago, with a promise of delivery around 20 days after placing my order. Moreover, the customer service representative I've been communicating with is often unresponsive or unaware of my order status. Daily, I hear that my outfit will ship "tomorrow," only to receive the same message the next day. It's truly awful, and I wouldn't advise anyone to order outfits from them. The service is far from satisfactory!
