AVOID THIS PLACE. UNRELIABLE SERVICE. I placed an order here in October expecting my clothes to arrive in November. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive on time, and when they finally did, they were almost 15 days late and damaged. The sides were torn, and the quality was terrible. When I reached out for a refund, they ignored my messages for months, and it’s been 4 months now with no response! I’m truly disappointed with how they treat customers. It's shocking that they claim to uphold certain values while behaving in such an unethical way. I spent a significant amount here and never received my money back. A friend of mine had a similar experience, so I know I’m not alone. Spare yourself the hassle and DO NOT order from this place.

She keeps assuring me that the outfit will ship "tomorrow," only to repeat the same line the following day. It's truly terrible, and I would advise against ordering outfits from them. If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY from this company, especially if you're in the UK. Their customer service is abysmal—no replies, and when they do respond, it's just empty promises. My order didn't arrive in time for an event, despite ordering well ahead. They kept assuring me it would ship, but it never did. This feels like a scam. Save your money—they're overpriced and not worth the trouble.
I received both outfits on time, and I can't express how beautiful they are. The sizing is perfect, the fabric and embroidery are gorgeous, and the quality is outstanding. I'm incredibly thrilled with this dress! The color matches the picture perfectly, which was a delightful surprise. The sewing quality is impeccable—everything is neatly done and feels durable. The cut is flattering and fits perfectly. The embroidery showcases exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Given the quality, the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I wouldn't even give it one star if that were an option. This company deserves zero stars. They repeatedly assured me my outfit would arrive on time, but when the delivery date came, it was nowhere to be found. Upon contacting them, I learned they hadn't even begun making it. They then promised it would ship the next day. A week passed with no updates. After numerous follow-ups, I've been told daily this past week that it would ship today, only to hear the same again the next day. It's simply not being shipped. Absolutely useless, and I would never use them again.
