My experience with this company was horrible. I reached out to them when I received my parcel about horrible stains I found on my outfit. They personally sent me a video of my outfit I picked and what I received looked very different. The quality and embroidery was much cheaper than what I saw in pictures and videos and the neckline was very different as well. The pearls on the neckline looked old and cheap. When I sent pictures as proof they said they’ll discuss this with their quality team and refused to give me a refund. Their customer service is very rude and unresponsive. They told me to send my order back so they can give me store credit or an exchange and when I asked them to send me a printing address label they refused and told me to deal with it myself. In my opinion, it’s not worth spending extra money on shipping and customs just to receive a downgraded version of what you initially picked.
