This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I placed an order for an outfit nearly 1.5 months ago, and it was supposed to arrive about 20 days after my order. Moreover, the customer service representative I've been in contact with via messaging is either unresponsive or lacks information about my order. She keeps assuring me that the outfit will ship "tomorrow," only to repeat the same line the following day. It's truly terrible, and I would advise against ordering outfits from them. The service is far from satisfactory!
