I enrolled in a Data Engineering program in December and tried hard to remain engaged. I was assured multiple times through messaging that I had 'lifetime access' without needing to extend, and that it would last beyond the year. However, later I was informed that by 1/8/2026, I would need to pay extra to renew, and that access was actually limited. Additionally, there were problems with mock interviews and calls being canceled or rescheduled due to staff availability and my own schedule, which made it difficult to make progress despite my efforts to rebook and stay involved. Overall, the experience was marred by unclear expectations.
