I enrolled in DE Academy in February 2025 under a one-year agreement that included a job guarantee.
According to the contract, the scope of services included applying to 5–25 jobs per day on my behalf, along with unlimited support resources (resume reviews, mock interviews, Slack support, and coaching access) for the duration of the program.
In my experience, these services were not consistently delivered as outlined. There were periods where the daily application activity did not occur, and access to some of the “unlimited” support resources was inconsistent.
I participated in the program for the full contract term and remained engaged throughout. By the end of the guarantee period, I did not receive a data engineering role, and my refund request was denied.
After more than one year in the program, I am left with:

Based on my experience, I do not recommend doing business with this company. I encourage prospective students to carefully review the contract terms and fully understand the conditions before enrolling.
