I had an issue where my proxies suddenly stopped working on my home Wi-Fi, even though they worked fine on mobile data. The error message suggested a network issue, but it wasn’t obvious what was causing it.

After some troubleshooting and research, they confirmed that my ISP was blocking hostname-based proxy gateways and suggested using an IP-based host instead. Once I switched to the IP hostname, everything worked perfectly.
