I enjoyed the Lesbian Speed Dating event I attended. It was well-organized with a good host, and I appreciated the scorecards. It was efficient to have the Gay Speed Dating at the same venue, creating a relaxed atmosphere since other attendees were there for similar reasons. However, I had signed up for this event six weeks prior, and it was canceled multiple times without an option for a refund. The only choice was to switch to another event. For the lesbian clientele, there are limited options to reschedule. UK consumer laws require the company to offer a refund option for canceled events, regardless of their terms and conditions. I suggest they revise their practices to include refund options when events are canceled.
