In response to the company's reply regarding my complaint about a dress with a dye mark on the front, I found your initial response unhelpful. Given the size of the dye mark, this garment should not have been sold. The mark is very obvious. I gave you a chance to resolve this, but your reply was not positive. I have taken the dress to my tailor to fix it. I believe that had I been able to return it, you would have charged me again for shipping any replacement. I have made my feelings about your company clear, and I have nothing further to add on this unfortunate matter.

We practise slow, handmade fashion. This is the essence of everything at Daughters of India. We release one product at a time when it is complete. This ensures the artisans are free to manage their own hours without production deadlines, providing flexibility to enjoy life at a slower pace. We support the art of hand block printing and sustainably handmade garments that utilise tradition and ritual through ancient practice. Our aim is to bridge the gap between artisan and consumer, our connection with one another, and the Earth.See more
