Disappointing Quality

I wore the dress twice since I received it last Saturday and was initially thrilled. However, my excitement quickly diminished when I discovered that the material tore easily with just a slight tug. Did I really waste $150? I'm truly shocked that an item at this price could have such low quality. This has left me feeling genuinely disheartened and quite upset. I expected this dress to be a staple in my wardrobe, but the fabric is excessively fragile—it's unbelievably thin.

Issue with Return

I am trying to return an item but keep getting a message saying no order found. Not satisfied with this situation.

Not Worth the Trouble

This brand used to offer soft, flowing garments but now the fabric is rough, the colors don't match the photos, and they only provide credits instead of returns. I've had enough experiences to know I don’t want to swap my latest return; I just want a refund. The color was far off and the item didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend taking the risk of ordering from them unless you want your money tied up in unwanted credits.

Disappointed After First Wash

I'm feeling quite let down at the moment. I wore this dress fewer than five times and gently handwashed it for the first time. I noticed the neckline seam had come loose and formed a gap of 4 cm. This seems like very poor quality. I'm disappointed because I've treated this dress with care, but now it feels like fast fashion. While the customer service was friendly and offered to cover repair costs, this shouldn't happen after just one wash. I’m waiting for a partial refund, which I find acceptable, but I'm unsure if I’ll shop here again.

Too Short for Comfort

I bought three mini dresses, and they are way too short. They were advertised as being 4-7 cm longer, which makes a significant difference. I'm short myself, so I can't understand how anyone of average height or taller could wear these. The models show them reaching above the knee, but on me, they barely cover my backside. I'm really disappointed and have reached out for assistance. I hope to return them for a full refund since I don’t wear long dresses.

Response to Recent Complaint

In response to the company's reply regarding my complaint about a dress with a dye mark on the front, I found your initial response unhelpful. Given the size of the dye mark, this garment should not have been sold. The mark is very obvious. I gave you a chance to resolve this, but your reply was not positive. I have taken the dress to my tailor to fix it. I believe that had I been able to return it, you would have charged me again for shipping any replacement. I have made my feelings about your company clear, and I have nothing further to add on this unfortunate matter.

Overpriced for Quality

The dress is overpriced with very flimsy fabric, significantly different from the photos online. I would describe the dress I received as cream, not white, and the sizing is inaccurate. I didn’t even bother contacting them for an exchange as I've read reviews about their lacking customer service.

No Size Exchange on Sale

I purchased a dress on sale that was a bit snug, so I emailed to ask about exchanging it for a different size. Unfortunately, the company's policy doesn't allow size exchanges on sale items, even when they have stock available. Their policies are quite strict. I had hoped for a lovely summer dress, but now I can't wear it, so I can't really review it. I wouldn't recommend this company.
