No Size Exchange on Sale

I purchased a dress on sale that was a bit snug, so I emailed to ask about exchanging it for a different size. Unfortunately, the company's policy doesn't allow size exchanges on sale items, even when they have stock available. Their policies are quite strict. I had hoped for a lovely summer dress, but now I can't wear it, so I can't really review it. I wouldn't recommend this company.

This ensures the artisans are free to manage their own hours without production deadlines, providing flexibility to enjoy life at a slower pace.
